The leather insole is so soft that my daughter actually forgot she had sandals on during a full day at the beach. The cushioned rubber sole held up great on the boardwalk, and those prong-free buckles mean zero tears at the end of the day.

The leather insole feels nice and cushioned underfoot, and the rubber sole grips well on the playground. But my kid still needs help getting the buckles lined up just right, so they're not as independent with them as I'd hoped. Fine for the price, though.
