My three-year-old can snap these on by herself now, which is huge for us at the beach. The leather strap is soft against her skin and the buckle really is easy to pop open, even with sandy fingers.

My toddler actually keeps these on her feet for more than five minutes straight, which is a miracle in itself. The Italian buckles really are painless to snap shut, and they hold up through sand, water, and the whole chaos of a beach day.

These sandals are a lifesaver for getting out the door. My daughter can snap the Italian buckles by herself now, and the leather has held up great after a whole week at the beach.
