I grabbed the $7 option because I wasn't sure if I'd need it, and the whole process felt way less stressful than printing my own label. Having the price choices upfront meant I could pick exactly what fit my order, and it worked without a hitch.

The $7 option worked perfectly for my return—the label scanned right at the drop-off counter and saved me from reprinting anything. I’m glad they offered a few price tiers, since I only needed the one and didn’t have to overpay.

The label printed crystal clear on plain paper and scanned perfectly at the UPS drop-off, so I didn't have to worry about smudging or getting turned away at the counter. Saved me a solid twenty minutes fumbling with the self-service kiosk.
