The criss-cross leather straps are adorable and actually stay put on my daughter’s feet, no constant readjusting. Those Italian buckles are genuinely easy to snap on, even when she's squirming. She’s worn them every day for a week and they still look brand new.
The buckle is genuinely ouch-free—my daughter can snap it on herself without pinching her fingers like our old sandals. Leather straps feel soft right out of the box, so no break-in whining. She wore them all day at the park and didn’t ask to take them off once.
