The leather T-strap looks way more polished than the usual plastic flip-flops, and it took my toddler about two seconds to fasten the buckles herself. We've already worn them in the surf twice and they're holding up great.
The Italian buckles are a game-changer—no more wrestling with metal prongs on a squirmy toddler. My daughter can even snap them on herself now, and the leather T-strap is holding up great after a week of sandy playground adventures.
My toddler actually kept these on for a full three hours at the beach, which has never happened with any other sandal. The leather T-strap feels nice and soft against her feet, and those no-prong buckles honestly make the whole getting-ready struggle a lot shorter.
