My toddler actually kept these on for a whole beach day, and the soft leather didn't leave any red marks on her ankles. The prong-free buckles are a lifesaver when she's wiggling to get out and go play.

My daughter actually keeps these on all day without asking to take them off, and the prong-free Italian buckles make mid-afternoon adjustments a total breeze. The soft leather straps haven't caused a single blister even after a full week of playground wear.

Getting these on a wiggly toddler used to be a wrestling match, but the Italian buckles really do click in without any pinching. The soft leather straps feel like they won't cause blisters even on a full day of park play.
