My daughter actually fought me when I tried to take these off after a long day at the beach—the olive leather is super soft and the buckle clicked right into place without any pinching.

The buckle really is ouch-free—my four-year-old can snap them on herself without any pinching drama, which is half the battle with sandals. The olive leather looks cute with everything, though I wish the strap had a bit more give for her wider foot.
